Owen is feeling a lot better, and you can tell by his attitude – he is such a happy boy! His nose still runs constantly though, and his cough isn’t all gone quite yet.
He woke up yet again last night – twice – with nightmares. He just cried and cried and is inconsolable for 5-10 minutes. It is so hard to hear. And then he wakes up more, and is able to smile, and talk, and be happy, And then he is up for 10-20 minutes. And then he goes back to bed. This is very tiring for Mama and Papa. But at least he lets us sleep in when morning comes – we all slept in until 10am today. Needless to say, Gabe was late for work today.
Owen has been doing the "ahhhhh" after he takes a drink for about a week now, but today he learned yet a new noise to make with his mouth – he sucks in his bottom lip (quite far) and then opens his mouth fast to make a puckering sort of noise. He loves making noises like that. And he giggles now too! It is so cute. Last night, when we were up at midnight, he was tickling Gabe and giggling – it was soooooooooooooooo cute!

We are so glad to hear he's doing better!!
Glad to hear Owen is feeling better. Isn't it so cute when they are so fun and playful when they are supposed to be sleeping.
Good news that the sickness is packing up its bags and leaving your house! Are we playing together on Friday?
