Owen is a fantastic big brother and loves to play with his little brother Andy! He is almost 4 years old and is VERY excited about his upcoming birthday (even though it is still more than 2 months away)! He is a fantastic kid who is (almost ) a great helper around the house and with his little brother. Owen is learning to write right now, and although he is terribly smart, he is DEFINITELY a first-born perfectionist!!
Things Owen likes these days...
- playing with play-doh, lego's, and building blocks
- wrestling with Andy, and teaching him new things
- getting new books from the library
- "Word Girl" and "Madagascar 2"
- no food (he's not on a hunger strike, but eating takes too much time away prom playing, I guess)
- coloring and doing craft projects
- dressing up in costumes
- going to Grandma' and Grandpa's house

that box looks very familiar...i think i am taping, filling and closing some of those very same boxes. SO MUCH FUN!!!
i'm a little worried...i just labelled a box "under my bed" to indicate everything that was stored under my bed! i had no storage in this place...but my new place has TONS of storage. and i get a whole closet to myself just for coats and shoes...and another in my room for my clothes!!!
and...last but not least...OWEN IS ADORABLE!!! can i keep him for a few days??
Where are you moving to? (that is good advice Owen is giving you, he is very cute and you wouldn't want to forget him)

Sheesh, packing is rough! If I can continue to pack 6 boxes a day until Wednesday, I might get it all done. There is so much crap! I need another garage sale.
I wish I had you storage issue. We have so much here, and virtually none in the new house. Granted, we d have a walk in closet in iour new bedroom, but NO closets anywhere else in the house. Where am I supposed to put my coats and shoes? In my walk-in, I guess. But what about my guests? I guess we'll have to build something. It's going to be a pain in the ass.
We are moving about 7 minutes away from our current place. I'll send out an email to everyone with the new mailing address and actual address (as the mail boxes won't be in for about a month or so).
Plus, we'll have a big shindig open to all to come over for a BBQ and see the new place.
